Por unanimidade, o plen\u00e1rio aprovou, na sess\u00e3o desta segunda-feira (30), o Projeto de Lei n\u00ba 480\/2019, de autoria do presidente da Casa, deputado Othelino Neto (PCdoB), que acrescenta dispositivo \u00e0 Lei n\u00ba 9.663, de 17 de julho de 2012, dispondo sobre a cria\u00e7\u00e3o da Gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o de Complementa\u00e7\u00e3o de Jornada Operacional para as opera\u00e7\u00f5es especiais das Pol\u00edcias Civil e Militar, a ser paga aos policiais civis, militares e bombeiros militares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em seu bojo, a referida lei, que agora segue para a san\u00e7\u00e3o governamental, recebeu modifica\u00e7\u00e3o em seu Artigo 7\u00ba, passando a ter agora a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o: \u201cO Poder Executivo poder\u00e1 firmar conv\u00eanio com a Uni\u00e3o e Munic\u00edpios, com o objetivo de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o na \u00e1rea da seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o de atividade operacional, podendo, para tanto, utilizar policiais militares, civis, ou bombeiros militares em antecipa\u00e7\u00e3o ou prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o da jornada normal de trabalho\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conforme Othelino Neto, com tal altera\u00e7\u00e3o, fica permitido que as prefeituras que desejarem possam fazer conv\u00eanio, como forma de utilizar at\u00e9 um determinado percentual, policiais que estejam em suas horas de folga, para prestarem servi\u00e7os na seguran\u00e7a nos munic\u00edpios e, naturalmente, as Prefeituras ter\u00e3o oficialmente a possibilidade de remunerar esses policiais civis, militares e bombeiros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O presidente da Assembleia ressaltou ainda que o referido projeto partiu de uma sugest\u00e3o do prefeito de Timon, Luciano Leitoa (PSB), que lhe fez uma explana\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a import\u00e2ncia e o impacto da mat\u00e9ria. \u201cEle me disse, inclusive, que ser\u00e1 o pioneiro a propor o conv\u00eanio com a Pol\u00edcia Militar do Maranh\u00e3o\u201d, informou o parlamentar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
