O prazo para troca de legenda encerra-se no dia 3 de abril, seis meses antes da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do primeiro turno do pleito, marcado para 4 de outubro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A desfilia\u00e7\u00e3o partid\u00e1ria foi regulamentada pela Reforma Eleitoral de 2015 (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_Ato2015-2018\/2015\/Lei\/L13165.htm\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Lei n\u00ba 13.165\/2015<\/a>), que garantiu aos detentores de mandato eletivo em cargos proporcionais a possibilidade de trocar de partido nos 30 dias anteriores ao \u00faltimo prazo para filia\u00e7\u00e3o.
