(Detran-MA), por meio da Portaria 370, publicada nesta segunda-feira (6), regulamentou no \u00e2mbito do \u00f3rg\u00e3o o Decreto Estadual 35.714\/2020, mantendo, at\u00e9  o dia 12 de abril de 2020, a suspens\u00e3o do atendimento ao p\u00fablico em todas as suas unidades, incluindo sede, postos de atendimento avan\u00e7ado e Circunscri\u00e7\u00f5es Regionais Tr\u00e2nsito (Ciretrans). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m continuam suspensos a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de aulas nos Centro de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o de Condutores e o funcionamento das cl\u00ednicas m\u00e9dicas e psicol\u00f3gicas credenciadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A medida atende \u00e0s orienta\u00e7\u00f5es do Governo do Estado, que prorrogou a suspens\u00e3o das atividades em estabelecimentos comerciais e reparti\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas, com o objetivo de evitar aglomera\u00e7\u00f5es e, assim, reduzir a propaga\u00e7\u00e3o do Covid &#8211; 19 no \u00e2mbito do Maranh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os usu\u00e1rios n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o prejudicados com a paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o, pois segue em vigor a Delibera\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 185\/2020 do Conselho Nacional de Tr\u00e2nsito (CONTRAN), que estende a validade da Carteira Nacional de Habilita\u00e7\u00e3o (CNH) vencida a partir de 19 de fevereiro de 2020, e suspende, por tempo indeterminado, os prazos de processo de habilita\u00e7\u00e3o e de ve\u00edculos, al\u00e9m
