O projeto \u00e9 de autoria dos deputados estaduais Adriano Sarney (PV) e Helena Dualibe (SD) e, recebeu emenda do deputado C\u00e9sar Pires (PV) para aprimorar o PL, ampliando o benef\u00edcio para empregados de empresas privadas. Com a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o na CCJ, o texto segue para aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o em plen\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O projeto trata em car\u00e1ter excepcional suspendendo as cobran\u00e7as de empr\u00e9stimos, financiamentos, cart\u00f5es de cr\u00e9ditos e opera\u00e7\u00f5es de arrendamento mercantil, consignados em folha de pagamento de funcion\u00e1rios de empresas privadas e servidores e empregados p\u00fablicos estaduais e municipais, ativos e inativos, junto \u00e0s institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras, enquanto durar o estado de calamidade causada pelo Covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDiante da grave crise que estamos vivendo, causada pela pandemia do Coronav\u00edrus, essa minha proposi\u00e7\u00e3o visa reduzir os gastos e danos que nossa popula\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 enfrentando. Estou confiante na sua aprova\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, frisou Adriano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do PL, os trabalhadores poder\u00e3o utilizar os recursos que anteriormente seriam destinados para os pagamentos desses descontos, com aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de itens necess\u00e1rios para preven\u00e7\u00e3o e enfrentamento da Covid-19, assim como, ajudam a reerguer os setores do com\u00e9rcio e servi\u00e7os.
