no Maranh\u00e3o, Juraci Guimar\u00e3es J\u00fanior, apresentou pedido aos promotores Eleitorais dos munic\u00edpios de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, Barra do Corda, Santa In\u00eas, Nunes Freire, Timon, Vargem Grande e S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 de Ribamar para que apurem poss\u00edvel propaganda eleitoral antecipada e abuso de poder pol\u00edtico e econ\u00f4mico em benef\u00edcio do atual deputado federal Josimar de Maranh\u00e3ozinho.<br>De acordo com os of\u00edcios, publica\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas na p\u00e1gina do deputado e outras em circula\u00e7\u00e3o na internet denotam a confec\u00e7\u00e3o e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e1scaras com o n\u00famero \u201c22\u201d, legenda, s\u00edmbolos e cores do Partido Social Liberal (PSL).<br>Segundo o Procurador Regional Eleitoral, \u201ca confec\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e1scaras com n\u00famero e sigla do partido al\u00e9m de nitidamente configurar propaganda eleitoral antecipada, que inclusive j\u00e1 estavam sendo apurados por promotores eleitorais em alguns munic\u00edpios, pode representar, tamb\u00e9m, pela quantidade e forma de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o, abuso de poder econ\u00f4mico e pol\u00edtico, cuja san\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 mais grave e pode levar \u00e0 inelegibilidade dos envolvidos\u201d, finalizou.<br>O Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) considera que o abuso de poder econ\u00f4mico ocorre quando determinada candidatura
