Foram revistas as decis\u00f5es relacionadas ao senador Weverton Rocha, deputados federais Josimar de Maranh\u00e3ozinho, Gil Cutrim e Bira do Pindar\u00e9, e os deputados estaduais H\u00e9lio Soares, Cleide Coutinho, Helena Duailibe, Maria Deusdete e Jos\u00e9 In\u00e1cio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Procuradoria Regional Eleitoral do Maranh\u00e3o conseguiu que o TSE determinasse o rejulgamento, pelo TRE, da presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas de Weverton Rocha, Josimar do Maranh\u00e3ozinho, Gil Cutrim, Cleide Coutinho, Simpl\u00edcio Ara\u00fajo, Helena Dualibe e Maria Deusdete, em raz\u00e3o da apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de documenta\u00e7\u00e3o complementar apresentada fora do prazo e que foi acolhida pelo TRE-MA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quanto aos deputados Bira do Pindar\u00e9, H\u00e9lio Soares e Z\u00e9 In\u00e1cio, o TSE j\u00e1 desaprovou as contas, quando o TRE-MA teria aprovado com ressalvas, e ainda determinou a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos do Fundo Especial de Financiamento de Campanha, nos valores, respectivamente, de R$ 67.236,50, R$ 42.400,00 e R$ 24.500,00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com o Procurador Regional Eleitoral Juraci Guimar\u00e3es J\u00fanior, \u201ctemos conseguido ganhar no TSE as decis\u00f5es do TRE-MA que n\u00e3o retratam a melhor solu\u00e7\u00e3o para os casos submetidos a sua avalia\u00e7\u00e3o.
