{"id":74413,"date":"2020-06-16T19:15:00","date_gmt":"2020-06-16T22:15:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/?p=74413"},"modified":"2020-06-16T19:15:00","modified_gmt":"2020-06-16T22:15:00","slug":"othelino-promulga-lei-que-determina-multa-a-propagadores-de-fake-news-sobre-a-pandemia-no-maranhao","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/othelino-promulga-lei-que-determina-multa-a-propagadores-de-fake-news-sobre-a-pandemia-no-maranhao\/","title":{"rendered":"Othelino promulga lei que determina multa a propagadores de fake news sobre a pandemia no Maranh\u00e3o"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/files\/2020\/06\/Deputado-Othelino-Neto-lei.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-74414\" width=\"324\" height=\"216\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>O presidente da Assembleia Legislativa do Maranh\u00e3o, deputado Othelino Neto (PCdoB), promulgou, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (16), a Lei 11.277\/20, de sua autoria, com emenda do deputado Dr. Ygl\u00e9sio (PROS), que determina a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de multa a quem divulgar fake news sobre pandemia, endemias e epidemias no Maranh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a promulga\u00e7\u00e3o, o chefe do Legislativo destacou a import\u00e2ncia da norma e de que forma ela ser\u00e1 aplicada. &#8220;Nosso objetivo \u00e9 combater essa pr\u00e1tica desumana, que faz com que pessoas possam at\u00e9 perder suas vidas e recursos p\u00fablicos sejam desperdi\u00e7ados. A partir desta lei, quem produzir e divulgar fake news sobre a pandemia, comprovadamente, ser\u00e1 multado, independente das legisla\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas na \u00e1rea criminal. Isto n\u00e3o deve ser confundido com censura \u00e0 opini\u00e3o. Inclusive, no pr\u00f3prio texto da lei est\u00e1 expresso que se estiver sendo emitida opini\u00e3o, n\u00e3o se caracterizar\u00e1 como fake news\u201d, explicou o parlamentar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Penalidade<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conforme a lei, o propagador de desinforma\u00e7\u00e3o ou boatos via jornal impresso, televis\u00e3o, r\u00e1dio ou m\u00eddias sociais estar\u00e1 sujeito \u00e0 multa, que pode variar entre R$ 1.200 e R$ 10 mil, dependendo do grau de preju\u00edzo causado \u00e0 sociedade. Em caso de reincid\u00eancia, a puni\u00e7\u00e3o poder\u00e1 dobrar.
