Othelino Neto destacou a import\u00e2ncia da lei, no sentido de contribuir tamb\u00e9m com o est\u00edmulo da economia local nesse momento de pandemia<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

O presidente da Assembleia Legislativa do Maranh\u00e3o, deputado Othelino Neto (PCdoB), promulgou a Lei 11.311, de 4 de agosto de 2020, oriunda da Medida Provis\u00f3ria 321\/2020, de autoria do Poder Executivo, que estabelece a possibilidade de pagamento parcelado de d\u00e9bitos referentes ao Imposto sobre Opera\u00e7\u00f5es Relativas \u00e0 Circula\u00e7\u00e3o de Mercadorias e sobre Presta\u00e7\u00f5es de Servi\u00e7os de Transporte Interestadual e Intermunicipal e de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o (ICMS), cujos fatos geradores tenham ocorrido at\u00e9 30 de junho de 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Othelino Neto destacou a import\u00e2ncia da lei, no sentido de contribuir tamb\u00e9m com o est\u00edmulo da economia local nesse momento de pandemia. \u201c\u00c9, sem d\u00favida, uma iniciativa importante, que vai ajudar o setor econ\u00f4mico do Maranh\u00e3o, minimizando os efeitos da crise provocada pelo novo coronav\u00edrus em diversas \u00e1reas. Muitos tiveram que paralisar suas atividades e, por consequ\u00eancia, o Estado deixou de arrecadar. Com as condi\u00e7\u00f5es facilitadas, poderemos alavancar novas oportunidades de investimentos\u201d, analisou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conforme a lei, o pagamento poder\u00e1 ocorrer em at\u00e9 60 presta\u00e7\u00f5es, com redu\u00e7\u00e3o de multas e juros. O objetivo \u00e9 minimizar os impactos econ\u00f4micos provocados pela crise sanit\u00e1ria da Covid-19, para que seus reflexos sejam superados o mais r\u00e1pido poss\u00edvel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

J\u00e1 com rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos cr\u00e9ditos tribut\u00e1rios de ICMS decorrentes, exclusivamente, de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de multa, \u00e9 prevista a redu\u00e7\u00e3o, conforme a data de constitui\u00e7\u00e3o, de 90% ou 98% do valor total, se pagos \u00e0 vista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prazos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9 autorizada, ainda, em car\u00e1ter excepcional, a reabertura do prazo de pagamento dos parcelamentos de cr\u00e9ditos tribut\u00e1rios referentes ao ICMS cancelados por inadimpl\u00eancia ocorrida no per\u00edodo 19 de mar\u00e7o at\u00e9 30 de junho de 2020. Assim, os contribuintes poder\u00e3o quitar seus respectivos d\u00e9bitos nas mesmas condi\u00e7\u00f5es antes pactuadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Com rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos d\u00e9bitos do ICMS do exerc\u00edcio corrente, que tenham vencido no per\u00edodo de 19 de mar\u00e7o a 30 de junho de 2020, fica autorizado o pagamento em at\u00e9 12 parcelas mensais, iguais e sucessivas. Ainda no sentido de estimular o setor econ\u00f4mico, ficam suspensas, at\u00e9 30 de setembro de 2020, as inscri\u00e7\u00f5es dos sujeitos passivos realizadas durante o estado de calamidade p\u00fablica, motivadas por d\u00e9bitos tribut\u00e1rios, no Cadastro Estadual de Inadimplentes (CEI).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
