{"id":78922,"date":"2020-10-28T06:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-10-28T09:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/?p=78922"},"modified":"2020-10-28T06:00:00","modified_gmt":"2020-10-28T09:00:00","slug":"a-pedido-do-mpe-justica-indefere-candidatura-do-prefeito-de-bacuri-a-reeleicao","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/a-pedido-do-mpe-justica-indefere-candidatura-do-prefeito-de-bacuri-a-reeleicao\/","title":{"rendered":"A pedido do MPE, Justi\u00e7a indefere candidatura do prefeito de Bacuri \u00e0 reelei\u00e7\u00e3o"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-huge-font-size has-vivid-red-color\"><em>Condenado por improbidade administrativa, Washington Oliveira teve direitos pol\u00edticos suspensos por cinco anos<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/files\/2020\/10\/Screenshot_20201028-0144052.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-78923\"\/><figcaption>Prefeito de Bacuri, Washington Oliveira, com o<br>governador Fl\u00e1vio Dino<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Como resultado de solicita\u00e7\u00e3o da Promotoria Eleitoral da 107\u00aa Zona de Bacuri, a Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral indeferiu, em 23 de outubro, a candidatura do prefeito Washington Luis de Oliveira (PSC) \u00e0 reelei\u00e7\u00e3o, em decorr\u00eancia da inelegibilidade do gestor, motivada por condena\u00e7\u00e3o por ato de improbidade administrativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proferiu a senten\u00e7a o juiz Adriano Lima Pinheiro, em resposta ao pedido feito pelo promotor eleitoral Igor Adriano Trinta Marques, em A\u00e7\u00e3o de Impugna\u00e7\u00e3o ao Pedido de Registro de Candidatura (AIRC), ajuizada em 30 de setembro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INELEGIBILIDADE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No dia 14 de julho, Oliveira &#8211; que tamb\u00e9m administrou o munic\u00edpio de 2004 a 2008 &#8211; teve confirmada sua condena\u00e7\u00e3o por improbidade administrativa, devido \u00e0 nomea\u00e7\u00e3o, em 2005, de tr\u00eas odont\u00f3logos para o Programa de Sa\u00fade da Fam\u00edlia (PSF) no munic\u00edpio, sem que estes tenham prestado servi\u00e7os.
