O relat\u00f3rio encaminhado pelo Tribunal de Contas da Uni\u00e3o (TCU) \u00e0 Procuradoria Regional Eleitoral (PRE) no Maranh\u00e3o aponta que o patrim\u00f4nio declarado pelos candidatos ao Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) \u00e9 igual ou superior a 300 mil reais e que supostamente teriam recebido o Aux\u00edlio Emergencial do governo federal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O documento foi encaminhado para distribui\u00e7\u00e3o entre os of\u00edcios criminais da Procuradoria da Rep\u00fablica no Maranh\u00e3o (PR\/MA) a fim de que seja investigada a situa\u00e7\u00e3o de cada candidato e apuradas eventuais pr\u00e1ticas de estelionato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo o Procurador Regional Eleitoral, Juraci Guimar\u00e3es J\u00fanior, \u201ca \u00e9tica e a moralidade dos candidatos \u00e9 pressuposto para o exerc\u00edcio de mandato eletivo. No Maranh\u00e3o, in\u00fameros candidatos foram identificados por supostamente terem recebido aux\u00edlio federal emergencial da pandemia, embora tivessem patrim\u00f4nio incompat\u00edvel.
