Foi o que constatou a S\u00edntese de Indicadores Sociais referente ao ano de 2019, publicada pelo IBGE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em 2019, no Maranh\u00e3o, de acordo com os dados da S\u00edntese de Indicadores Sociais \u2013 SIS, divulgados nesta quinta-feira (12), apresentou o menor o rendimento m\u00e9dio real de todos os trabalhos habitualmente recebido pelas pessoas ocupadas. O valor foi de R$ 1.325,00 em m\u00e9dia por m\u00eas, sendo inferior ao auferido em 2018, que havia sido de R$ 1.334,00. O Piau\u00ed apresentou o segundo menor valor entre as Unidades da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o – UFs, R$ 1.379,00 e o Distrito Federal o maior valor de rendimento real, R$ 4.044,00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As desigualdades entre os rendimentos do trabalho s\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m bastante definidas espacialmente, refletindo a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o regional das atividades econ\u00f4micas pelo territ\u00f3rio nacional. Entre as 10 UFs com o menor rendimento m\u00e9dio recebido de todos os trabalhos, oito s\u00e3o da regi\u00e3o Nordeste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao rendimento domiciliar per capita das pessoas, em 2019 o Maranh\u00e3o perfila em \u00faltimo lugar no ranking por UFs do pa\u00eds com um rendimento m\u00e9dio de R$ 637,00. Em 2018, o valor era de R$ 629,00. Em 2019, Alagoas tinha o segundo menor valor, R$ 729,00, seguindo pelo Par\u00e1, R$ 795,00. As UFs com o maior rendimento domiciliar per capita, respectivamente: Distrito Federal, R$ 2.599,00; S\u00e3o Paulo, R$ 1.889,00; e o Rio Grande do Sul, R$ 1.812,00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A an\u00e1lise da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de rendimentos de uma popula\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 o ponto de partida para os estudos de desigualdades econ\u00f4micas e pobreza monet\u00e1ria. Os n\u00fameros da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o percentual, por classes de rendimento domiciliar per capita, tendo por par\u00e2metro o sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo, trazem uma radiografia da apropria\u00e7\u00e3o dos rendimentos por parcelas da popula\u00e7\u00e3o. A tabela abaixo apresenta a s\u00e9rie hist\u00f3rica para o Maranh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os n\u00fameros apontam que em 2019, o maior percentual de pessoas se encontrava na faixa de rendimento entre mais de zero e at\u00e9 \u00bc de sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo, com 30% das pessoas enquadradas nesse segmento de rendimento domiciliar per capita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Para fins de compara\u00e7\u00e3o internacional, o Banco Mundial utiliza tr\u00eas linhas de pobreza, a depender do n\u00edvel de renda dos pa\u00edses. A atual linha internacional de extrema pobreza \u00e9 fixada em US$ 1,90 por dia em termos de Poder de Paridade de Compra – PPC (ou, em ingl\u00eas, PPP, purchasing power parity), o que representa a m\u00e9dia das linhas de pobreza encontradas em 15 dos pa\u00edses mais pobres classificados pelo consumo\/renda per capita. A taxa de c\u00e2mbio medida em PPC permite comparar o valor real das moedas em determinado ponto do tempo por meio de uma pesquisa de pre\u00e7os de bens e servi\u00e7os em diversos lugares do mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Considerando que quanto maior o n\u00edvel de renda m\u00e9dia dos pa\u00edses, maior deve ser a linha de pobreza para que essa mantenha correspond\u00eancia com o n\u00edvel de rendimento m\u00e9dio daquela popula\u00e7\u00e3o, o Banco Mundial recomenda o uso das linhas de US$ 3,20 PPC para pa\u00edses de renda m\u00e9dia-baixa e US$ 5,50 PPC para pa\u00edses de renda m\u00e9dia-alta, grupo ao qual o Brasil pertence com mais 46 pa\u00edses. Entre os 43 pa\u00edses desse grupo com informa\u00e7\u00e3o dispon\u00edvel na base de dados do Banco Mundial, o Brasil apresenta a 21\u00aa taxa de pobreza mais elevada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
