Ele defende um ajuste na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o que assegure \u00e0 categoria direitos, tais como reconhecimento, piso salarial, jornada de trabalho, acesso a equipamentos de prote\u00e7\u00e3o individual (EPIs), alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, condi\u00e7\u00f5es humanas de trabalho e outros benef\u00edcios; e deveres, dentre os quais forma\u00e7\u00e3o adequada, registro e postura \u00e9tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Realmente, cuidadores cuidam de DORES!
