O deputado federal Josimar de Maranh\u00e3ozinho foi alvo de opera\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Federal na manh\u00e3 desta quarta-feira (9)<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Acerca de mat\u00e9rias jornal\u00edsticas publicadas na imprensa maranhense, tratando de opera\u00e7\u00e3o deflagrada pela Pol\u00edcia Federal na manh\u00e3 desta quarta-feira (09), cujo alvo foi o deputado federal Josimar Maranh\u00e3ozinho (PL), em respeito \u00e0 sociedade maranhense, a assessoria de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o do parlamentar faz este comunicado com base nos esclarecimentos abaixo narrados, para que se restabele\u00e7a a verdade dos fatos, equivocadamente divulgados em blogs, portais e emissoras de r\u00e1dio e tv:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 \u2013 O deputado federal Josimar Maranh\u00e3ozinho foi tomado de surpresa em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 opera\u00e7\u00e3o realizada pela Pol\u00edcia Federal nesta quarta-feira (09). O parlamentar est\u00e1 tranquilo e se coloca inteiramente \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a para elucidar qualquer fato que seja necess\u00e1rio;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 \u2013 Como n\u00e3o tem nada a temer, Maranh\u00e3ozinho reafirma, como sempre, seu total apoio \u00e0 apura\u00e7\u00e3o dos fatos, desde que respeitados o devido processo legal e o amplo direito de defesa;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 \u2013 Lembra ainda que, como deputado federal destinou mais de R$ 15 milh\u00f5es aos munic\u00edpios maranhenses, mas os recursos foram distribu\u00eddos e aplicados de forma legal prova disso, por exemplo, que o relator do inqu\u00e9rito na Justi\u00e7a Federal n\u00e3o teria encontrado nenhum ind\u00edcio que pudesse autorizar pris\u00e3o de algum dos investigados;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 \u2013 O deputado estranha que a opera\u00e7\u00e3o tenha surgido justamente, pouco tempo depois de reafirmar sua candidatura ao governo em 2022 e, coincidentemente, a uma semana ap\u00f3s ser alvo de uma s\u00e9rie de ataques dos advers\u00e1rios onde alguns, inclusive, chegaram a usar as redes sociais para comemorar a\u00e7\u00e3o de hoje, enquanto outros usaram seus assessores para anunciar em blogs, antecipadamente, que ele seria alvo da PF;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5 \u2013 Sobre o dinheiro encontrado em sua casa e escrit\u00f3rio, esclarece que n\u00e3o existe nenhuma irregularidade j\u00e1 que o montante sequer ultrapassa o teto, informado \u00e0 Receita, por meio da Declara\u00e7\u00e3o do Imposto 2020. Al\u00e9m disso, cabe informar ainda que o montante em especie que foi encontrado em seu poder s\u00e3o oriundos de sua atividade pecu\u00e1ria e empresarial, fatos que ser\u00e3o comprovados posteriormente;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6 \u2013 Por fim, para comprovar a veracidade dos fatos, anexamos c\u00f3pias dos IR 2020 e do relat\u00f3rio de conv\u00eanios assinados com recursos de emendas. Reitera que a sociedade maranhense pode continuar confiando na sua conduta, na certeza de que uma apura\u00e7\u00e3o isenta e justa resultar\u00e1 no pleno esclarecimento das den\u00fancias. Al\u00e9m disso, o deputado reafirma que n\u00e3o ir\u00e3o lhe intimidar quanto ao seu desejo de concorrer na disputa majorit\u00e1ria de daqui a dois anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
