O projeto de Lei N\u00b0 301\/2019, que institui a &#8220;Semana Municipal da Consci\u00eancia Negra,&#8221; a ser comemorada, anualmente, na semana que compreender o dia 20 de novembro, no munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O projeto em quest\u00e3o cria a Semana Municipal da Consci\u00eancia Negra no \u00e2mbito do munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds e, consequentemente ressaltar a devida import\u00e2ncia\u00a0 do dia 20 de novembro, como a data comemorativa para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o negra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Dia da Consci\u00eancia Negra \u00e9 celebrado anualmente no dia 20 de novembro.
