A MRV quer derrubar o pr\u00e9dio, mas precisa de autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da Semhur. &#8220;Pedi celeridade \u00e0 Semhur quanto a essa autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o, para que a MRV possa demolir esse pr\u00e9dio. O secret\u00e1rio Bruno Costa encaminhou nossa solicita\u00e7\u00e3o ao setor respons\u00e1vel. A demoli\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 feita logo, logo&#8221;, explicou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PRA\u00c7A NO LOCAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em di\u00e1logo com a equipe da MRV, Batista Matos pediu que ap\u00f3s a demoli\u00e7\u00e3o a empresa construa uma pra\u00e7a com academia e brinquedos para os moradores da regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Os moradores dessa regi\u00e3o precisam de uma \u00e1rea de lazer.
