Dr. Gutemberg ouviu com aten\u00e7\u00e3o as reivindica\u00e7\u00f5es dos agentes comunit\u00e1rios de sa\u00fade e se comprometeu a dar retorno<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Em busca de melhorias para a categoria, representantes da Diretoria do Sindicato dos Agentes Comunit\u00e1rios de Sa\u00fade de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds estiveram com o vice-presidente da C\u00e2mara Municipal de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds, vereador Dr. Gutemberg (PSC), para apresentar algumas reivindica\u00e7\u00f5es dos trabalhadores. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participaram da reuni\u00e3o a presidente, Flor de Lys; a vice-presidente, Jucineide Ribeiro; o diretor, Carlos Alberto; a secretaria Elessandra Melo e a diretora financeira, Claudin\u00e9ia Soares Maria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante a reuni\u00e3o, a Diretoria dos Agentes Comunit\u00e1rios pediu para que o m\u00e9dico e vereador, Dr. Gutemberg, seja o representante deles e fa\u00e7a o papel de interlocutor com a Prefeitura de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os l\u00edderes sindicais pediram ao vice-presidente da C\u00e2mara que seja o interlocutor da categoria junto \u00e0 Prefeitura de S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Na pauta de reivindica\u00e7\u00f5es, eles solicitaram: Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o do pagamento do Vale Transporte dos servidores, que se encontra em atraso; Transposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Regime trabalhista de Celetista para Estatut\u00e1rio; Incentivo para os agentes que est\u00e3o atuando na luta contra a Covid-19; Incentivo Natalino e Seletivo P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O agente comunit\u00e1rio de sa\u00fade tem um papel muito importante no acolhimento.\u00a0 Ele atua na promo\u00e7\u00e3o, prote\u00e7\u00e3o e preven\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade, acompanhando as fam\u00edlias da comunidade em suas casas e orientando sobre as formas de acesso ao SUS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEsses profissionais carregam consigo uma fun\u00e7\u00e3o essencial no SUS: aproximar a popula\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema de sa\u00fade. Eles t\u00eam um papel muito importante no acolhimento, pois s\u00e3o membros da equipe que faz parte da comunidade. E nada mais justo do que os nossos agentes, que tanto nos ajudam, tamb\u00e9m terem suas reinvindica\u00e7\u00f5es atendidas. Recebo essa miss\u00e3o da categoria com muita responsabilidade.
