{"id":84642,"date":"2021-04-14T13:20:26","date_gmt":"2021-04-14T16:20:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/?p=84642"},"modified":"2021-04-14T13:20:26","modified_gmt":"2021-04-14T16:20:26","slug":"othelino-promulga-lei-que-garante-auxilio-emergencial-a-bares-restaurantes-lanchonetes-e-ao-setor-cultural","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/othelino-promulga-lei-que-garante-auxilio-emergencial-a-bares-restaurantes-lanchonetes-e-ao-setor-cultural\/","title":{"rendered":"Othelino promulga lei que garante aux\u00edlio emergencial a bares, restaurantes, lanchonetes e ao setor cultural"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/files\/2021\/04\/e19f59eecdce165777b5184026e6324a.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/files\/2021\/04\/e19f59eecdce165777b5184026e6324a.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-84643\"\/><\/a><figcaption>Othelino afirmou que o aux\u00edlio dar\u00e1 um f\u00f4lego aos propriet\u00e1rios desses estabelecimentos e aos profissionais da cultura<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>O presidente da Assembleia Legislativa do Maranh\u00e3o, deputado Othelino Neto (PCdoB), promulgou a Lei n\u00ba 11.426, de 30 de mar\u00e7o de 2021, oriunda da Medida Provis\u00f3ria 341\/21, de autoria do Poder Executivo, que autoriza a concess\u00e3o de aux\u00edlio emergencial aos estabelecimentos comerciais do setor de bares, restaurantes, lanchonetes e \u00e0 \u00e1rea cultural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo Othelino, o setor de bares e restaurantes foi um dos mais atingidos pelas restri\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias ao enfrentamento da pandemia do coronav\u00edrus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cO aux\u00edlio dar\u00e1 um f\u00f4lego aos propriet\u00e1rios desses estabelecimentos comerciais, contribuindo para a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o dos postos de trabalho, assim como aos profissionais da cultura, que tamb\u00e9m tiveram que parar as atividades em raz\u00e3o das normas sanit\u00e1rias\u201d, afirmou o chefe do Legislativo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Compensa\u00e7\u00e3o&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O aux\u00edlio emergencial \u00e9 uma compensa\u00e7\u00e3o aos reflexos das medidas restritivas necess\u00e1rias \u00e0 conten\u00e7\u00e3o e preven\u00e7\u00e3o da Covid-19.
