{"id":84952,"date":"2021-04-26T11:31:57","date_gmt":"2021-04-26T14:31:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/?p=84952"},"modified":"2021-04-26T11:31:57","modified_gmt":"2021-04-26T14:31:57","slug":"decreto-municipal-suspende-eventos-de-pequeno-e-grande-porte-em-caxias-de-hoje-a-2-de-maio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/decreto-municipal-suspende-eventos-de-pequeno-e-grande-porte-em-caxias-de-hoje-a-2-de-maio\/","title":{"rendered":"Decreto municipal suspende eventos de pequeno e grande porte em Caxias de hoje a 2 de maio"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/files\/2020\/10\/Caxias.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/files\/2020\/10\/Caxias.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-78778\"\/><\/a><figcaption>Sede da Prefeitura Municipal de Caxias, que expediu o novo decreto<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A Prefeitura de Caxias, por meio do Decreto Municipal n\u00ba 196, publicado no Di\u00e1rio Oficial do Munic\u00edpio nesse domingo (25), suspende pelo per\u00edodo de 26 de abril a 2 de maio de 2021 a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de reuni\u00f5es e eventos em geral p\u00fablicos e privados, inclusive aqueles de pequeno porte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consideram-se eventos p\u00fablicos e privados de pequeno porte, aqueles em que n\u00e3o haja a cobran\u00e7a de ingressos, a exemplo de: festas de anivers\u00e1rio, batizados, bodas, casamentos, confraterniza\u00e7\u00f5es, eventos cient\u00edficos e afins, inaugura\u00e7\u00f5es e lan\u00e7amentos de produtos e servi\u00e7os. Tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o inclu\u00eddos shows, jantares festivos, inaugura\u00e7\u00f5es, sess\u00f5es de cinema e apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es teatrais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O decreto est\u00e1 fundamentado na Portaria n\u00ba188, de 03 de fevereiro de 2020, o Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade declarou Emerg\u00eancia em Sa\u00fade P\u00fablica; no Decreto Estadual n\u00ba 35.672, de 19 de mar\u00e7o de 2020, que disp\u00f5e sobre o estado de calamidade p\u00fablica no Estado do Maranh\u00e3o, em especial, em raz\u00e3o dos casos de contamina\u00e7\u00e3o pela Covid-19; do Decreto Estadual n\u00ba 36.630, de 26 de mar\u00e7o de 2021; Decreto Municipal n\u00ba 177\/2021 que versa sobre o estado de calamidade para fins de preven\u00e7\u00e3o e enfrentamento \u00e0 covid-19, alterando e flexibilizando o funcionamento das atividades comerciais no munic\u00edpio de Caxias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O decreto considera o relat\u00f3rio do Comit\u00ea de Preven\u00e7\u00e3o e Enfrentamento \u00e0 Covid-19, o qual apresenta a ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o de leitos para a Covid-19 na cidade de Caxias, dispondo que os leitos de UTIs est\u00e3o com ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o de 57 % (cinquenta e sete por cento) e os leitos de retaguarda est\u00e3o com ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o de 53%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com isso, a Prefeitura de Caxias determina que o funcionamento de todas as atividades e servi\u00e7os, no per\u00edodo de 26 de abril de 2021 a 2 de maio de 2021, ficar\u00e1 sujeito \u00e0s normas do decreto, que pode ser consultado <a
