Para evitar transtornos, o expediente do CRECI-MA foi normal, das 8h30 \u00e0s 17h30, com suporte de T.I integral para atender a todos os corretores que procuraram a entidade parar tirar d\u00favidas sobre o pleito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cQuero agradecer a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de todos em nossa elei\u00e7\u00e3o. Foi um pleito tranquilo e transparente, tanto os que votaram na \u00fanica Chapa registrada como aqueles que n\u00e3o votaram est\u00e3o de parab\u00e9ns. Parabenizo o grupo eleito e acredito que a diretoria do CRECI-MA que assumir\u00e1 o Conselho em 2022, far\u00e1 uma gest\u00e3o para todos e todas, com a\u00e7\u00f5es e projetos que valorizem ainda mais a profiss\u00e3o do corretor de im\u00f3veis\u201d, afirmou Assis Cordeiro, que est\u00e1 como interventor da entidade desde 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O resultado da elei\u00e7\u00e3o e a proclama\u00e7\u00e3o foram registrados na Ata final de apura\u00e7\u00e3o e&nbsp; divulgados pelo site oficial do COFECI e apontou vit\u00f3ria da \u00fanica chapa registrada (Novos Tempos), que obteve o \u00eaxito da vota\u00e7\u00e3o,&nbsp; conforme disposi\u00e7\u00f5es contidas nas normas eleitorais baixadas com a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o-Cofeci 1.446\/2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vale ressaltar que o processo eleitoral, prazos e as normas, foram divulgados de forma ampla, atrav\u00e9s da publica\u00e7\u00e3o, pelos sites do COFECI e do CRECI-MA , DOU, Edital Geral de Convoca\u00e7\u00e3o Eleitoral e Edital de Aviso Eleitoral. Informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o transcorrer de registro de chapas, atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de cadastro e envio de senhas aos corretores aptos a votar foram amplamente divulgados tamb\u00e9m nas redes sociais do Conselho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>JUSTIFICATIVA ELEITORAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quem n\u00e3o votou na elei\u00e7\u00e3o precisa justificar o voto no prazo de 90 dias.
