O caso est\u00e1 sob a responsabilidade da titular da DAT, delegada Ana Cl\u00e1udia Campos.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es do superintendente de Pol\u00edcia Civil da Capital, delegado Sebasti\u00e3o Uchoa, o autor do atropelamento, identificado como Hugo Coelho Mohana, de 19 anos, teria se apresentado no Plant\u00e3o da Reffesa horas depois. Ele afirmou ainda que o jovem, ap\u00f3s o acidente, teria permanecido no local. A pol\u00edcia informou que populares ainda tentaram linch\u00e1-lo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInicialmente, o autor vai responder pelo crime de homic\u00eddio culposo, mas pode vir a se tornar doloso. Tudo depender\u00e1 dos resultados das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es. A CNH e os documentos da moto foram apreendidos e est\u00e3o em poder da pol\u00edcia\u201d, contou o delegado.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s o acidente, peritos do Instituto M\u00e9dico Legal (IML) estiveram no local e realizaram a per\u00edcia na \u00e1rea do acidente. O jovem pilotava uma Suzuki JTA &#8211; GSXR1000, de cor branca, com placas NWU-6242. A moto foi encaminhada pela Secretaria Municipal de Tr\u00e2nsito e Transportes (SMTT) para o p\u00e1tio do Detran.
