Concede, ainda, aux\u00edlio-emergencial para os setores do turismo e eventos e institui o programa social &#8216;Vale-G\u00e1s&#8217;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com a nova legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m dos taxistas e mototaxistas, a concess\u00e3o do aux\u00edlio-combust\u00edvel tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 dada a motoristas por aplicativos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m desses benef\u00edcios, a lei&nbsp;tamb\u00e9m reduz a carga tribut\u00e1ria para o segmento de bares, restaurantes e similares e estabelece condicionantes para a concess\u00e3o de benef\u00edcio fiscal com a redu\u00e7\u00e3o da al\u00edquota do IPVA de 3% para 1% \u00e0s empresas locadoras de ve\u00edculos,&nbsp;no Estado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo Othelino, a lei promulgada tem grande alcance social, uma vez que adota medidas visando oportunizar condi\u00e7\u00f5es de enfrentamento da crise econ\u00f4mica pela qual muitas fam\u00edlias t\u00eam passado. \u201cS\u00e3o alternativas para vencermos as adversidades decorrentes da pandemia da Covid-19 e da crise econ\u00f4mica\u201d, frisou.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para&nbsp;ter direito ao aux\u00edlio-combust\u00edvel, as categorias beneficiadas dever\u00e3o comprovar atua\u00e7\u00e3o mediante apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do documento de permiss\u00e3o para a presta\u00e7\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o, plataforma de transporte privado acionado por aplicativo e comprovante de cadastro de opera\u00e7\u00e3o junto \u00e0 Ag\u00eancia Estadual de Transporte e Mobilidade Urbana (MOB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 o Vale-G\u00e1s beneficiar\u00e1 fam\u00edlias em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de vulnerabilidade social inscritas no Cadastro \u00danico (Cad\u00danico), com renda per capita igual ou pr\u00f3xima a zero reais, conforme portaria da Secretaria de Estado do Desenvolvimento Social (Sedes), \u00f3rg\u00e3o respons\u00e1vel pela entrega do benef\u00edcio \u00e0s fam\u00edlias habilitadas no programa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O
