{"id":89560,"date":"2021-09-17T20:30:00","date_gmt":"2021-09-17T23:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/?p=89560"},"modified":"2021-09-17T20:30:00","modified_gmt":"2021-09-17T23:30:00","slug":"justica-eleitoral-suspende-propaganda-antecipada-de-josimar-de-maranhaozinho","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/justica-eleitoral-suspende-propaganda-antecipada-de-josimar-de-maranhaozinho\/","title":{"rendered":"Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral suspende propaganda antecipada de Josimar de Maranh\u00e3ozinho"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">TRE-MA determinou que o deputado federal e pr\u00e9-candidato ao governo do Maranh\u00e3o exclua postagens eleitorais na rede social<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/files\/2021\/09\/justica-eleitoral.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/danielmatos\/files\/2021\/09\/justica-eleitoral.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-89561\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir da a\u00e7\u00e3o proposta pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Eleitoral, por meio do procurador regional eleitoral Juraci Guimar\u00e3es, o Tribunal Regional Eleitoral do Maranh\u00e3o (TRE\/MA) determinou ao pr\u00e9-candidato ao governo do estado Josimar Cunha Rodrigues, conhecido como Josimar de Maranh\u00e3ozinho (PL), que exclua de sua rede social as publica\u00e7\u00f5es que possam caracterizar propaganda eleitoral antecipada, em um prazo m\u00e1ximo de 24 horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A liminar, concedida na quinta-feira (16) pelo juiz Cristiano Simas de Sousa, estabelece que, em caso de descumprimento, o respons\u00e1vel estar\u00e1 sujeito ao pagamento de multa di\u00e1ria no valor de R$ 10 mil. O magistrado considerou que as publica\u00e7\u00f5es do pr\u00e9-candidato na rede social Instagram evidenciam a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de propaganda eleitoral antes do prazo estabelecido na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o eleitoral, que \u00e9 ap\u00f3s o dia 15 de agosto do ano da elei\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, as postagens apresentam perigo de dano ao resultado do processo eleitoral ao influenciar de forma desigual a vontade do eleitorado e a competi\u00e7\u00e3o entre os poss\u00edveis candidatos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com a a\u00e7\u00e3o, o deputado federal Josimar de Maranh\u00e3ozinho \u00e9 considerado respons\u00e1vel por participar do evento \u201cEncontro de Prefeitos do PL\u201d, no qual contou com uma significativa aglomera\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas e presen\u00e7a de elementos padronizados de propaganda eleitoral.
