Foram in\u00fameras a\u00e7\u00f5es civis p\u00fablicas, a\u00e7\u00f5es diretas de inconstitucionalidade, Procedimentos de Controle Administrativo, Pedidos de Provid\u00eancias, Queixas-crimes e representa\u00e7\u00f5es impetradas pela Seccional em favor da advocacia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O trabalho \u00e9 refor\u00e7ado por cada A\u00e7\u00e3o, Parecer, ADIN, Representa\u00e7\u00e3o ou medidas adotadas pela Procuradoria Estadual de Defesa das Prerrogativas que t\u00eam trazidos grandes resultados tanto para a advocacia, quanto para a sociedade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre as a\u00e7\u00f5es ajuizadas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A\u00c7\u00c3O JUDICIAL PROMOVIDA PELA OAB\/MA FAZ GOVERNO DO ESTADO RECUAR E REVOGAR DECRETO QUE CONDICIONAVA CUMPRIMENTO DE DECIS\u00d5ES JUDICIAIS;<\/li><li>JUSTI\u00c7A FEDERAL ACOLHE PEDIDO DA OAB MARANH\u00c3O E DEVOLVE PRAZOS PROCESSUAIS;<\/li><li>TJMA ATENDE PEDIDO DA OAB MARANH\u00c3O E JULGAMENTO DAS A\u00c7\u00d5ES DOS CONTRATOS DE EMPR\u00c9STIMOS CONSIGNADOS SER\u00c3O RETOMADOS;<\/li><li>OAB MARANH\u00c3O AJU\u00cdZA MEDIDA NO CNJ CONTRA O PAGAMENTO DE SELO DE ALVAR\u00c1S EXPEDIDOS NOS JUIZADOS ESPECIAIS;<\/li><li>OAB MARANH\u00c3O AJU\u00cdZA MEDIDA NO CNJ CONTRA O PAGAMENTO DE SELO DE ALVAR\u00c1S EXPEDIDOS NOS JUIZADOS ESPECIAIS.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Central de Alvar\u00e1s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como mais uma de suas medidas adotadas em defesa da sa\u00fade p\u00fablica e da advocacia maranhense a OAB Maranh\u00e3o, por meio da Comiss\u00e3o de Assist\u00eancia e Defesa das Prerrogativas do Advogado, disponibilizou em seu site, logo no in\u00edcio da Pandemia da Covid-19, a Central de Alvar\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Importante instrumento digital que permite \u00e0 advocacia requerer e acompanhar o levantamento dos valores de RPVs, alvar\u00e1s e precat\u00f3rios das justi\u00e7as Estadual, Federal e do Trabalho depositados nas contas judiciais da Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal (CEF) e Banco do Brasil.
