Duarte Jr. destaca a import\u00e2ncia de garantir \u00e0 pessoa com defici\u00eancia ser acompanhado por algu\u00e9m de sua confian\u00e7a durante consultas ou interna\u00e7\u00f5es hospitalares<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

A Lei 11590\/2021, de autoria do deputado estadual Duarte Jr. (PSB), trata da obrigatoriedade da garantia de acompanhante ou atendente pessoal a pessoas com defici\u00eancia em atendimento ou interna\u00e7\u00e3o, durante a pandemia.Com a lei, fica assegurada \u00e0 pessoa com defici\u00eancia internada ou em observa\u00e7\u00e3o a prioridade de atendimento, ainda que decretado estado de calamidade p\u00fablica, s\u00edtio, defesa ou emerg\u00eancia, devendo o \u00f3rg\u00e3o ou a institui\u00e7\u00e3o de sa\u00fade proporcionar condi\u00e7\u00f5es adequadas para sua perman\u00eancia em tempo integral.Para o parlamentar, essa \u00e9 uma medida justa e necess\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c\u00c9 de extrema import\u00e2ncia, garantir \u00e0 pessoa com defici\u00eancia ser acompanhado por algu\u00e9m de sua confian\u00e7a durante consultas ou interna\u00e7\u00f5es hospitalares, de forma a lhe assegurar todas as condi\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para que sua sa\u00fade seja restabelecida, sobretudo, em um momento t\u00e3o dif\u00edcil de pandemia”, assinalou o parlamentar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duarte Jr destacou ainda que diante da pandemia de Covid-19, aumentou o rigor das medidas estabelecidas em ambientes com maior circula\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas. Assim, muitas unidades hospitalares t\u00eam adotado novos protocolos de atendimento. Entre as determina\u00e7\u00f5es, restringiu-se a presen\u00e7a de acompanhantes e visitas a pacientes, o que fez necess\u00e1ria a cria\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto de lei.De acordo com a lei, hospitais dever\u00e3o dispor de plano de conting\u00eancia para emerg\u00eancias, com equipes t\u00e9cnicas preparadas para lidar com pacientes que tenham algum tipo de defici\u00eancia, incluindo as intelectuais e cognitivas, tais como pessoas com Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
