Na decis\u00e3o em que indeferiu a liminar, o ministro considerou n\u00e3o haver ilegalidade na ordem de pris\u00e3o que justifique a revoga\u00e7\u00e3o da medida em regime de urg\u00eancia.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de S\u00e3o Paulo, os investigados promoveram intensa campanha publicit\u00e1ria de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o da marca Criptbank e ofereceram aos potenciais investidores lucros de cerca de 10% ao m\u00eas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entretanto, o MP apontou que as v\u00edtimas, ap\u00f3s entregarem seus recursos, n\u00e3o tinham mais acesso aos valores investidos. Os preju\u00edzos \u2013 que teriam superado os milh\u00f5es de reais \u2013 teriam atingido pessoas de pelo menos tr\u00eas estados: S\u00e3o Paulo, Minas Gerais e <strong>Maranh\u00e3o<\/strong>.\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O corretor financeiro foi denunciado pelos crimes de estelionato e participa\u00e7\u00e3o em organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa.
