A proposi\u00e7\u00e3o prev\u00ea ressarcimento com recursos da Uni\u00e3o aos governadores que baixarem suas al\u00edquotas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A proposta do overno \u00e9 zerar os impostos federais sobre os combust\u00edveis \u2014 tanto o diesel quanto a gasolina \u2014 e tamb\u00e9m do g\u00e1s de cozinha, e ressarcir os estados pelas perdas de arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o.
