Para o suplente, o deputado tentou, com sucesso, reverter a altera\u00e7\u00e3o partid\u00e1ria e retornou ao PDT, \u201ccom o claro intento de manter o mandato parlamentar\u201d, o que configuraria infidelidade partid\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p>Para o ministro Marcelo Ribeiro, no entanto, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 que se falar em infidelidade partid\u00e1ria, tendo em vista que o deputado Davi Alves Silva J\u00fanior foi aceito de volta no PDT.
