A decis\u00e3o foi tomada na sess\u00e3o do Pleno desta quarta-feira (14), e cabe recurso da decis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na mesma sess\u00e3o, o TCE julgou irregular a Tomada de Contas Especial encaminhada pela Funda\u00e7\u00e3o de Amparo \u00e0 Pesquisa e ao Desenvolvimento Cient\u00edfico e Tecnol\u00f3gico do Maranh\u00e3o \u2013 Fapema, condenando Carlos Alberto Bezerra Tomaz a um d\u00e9bito de R$ 37,8 mil com o er\u00e1rio estadual, al\u00e9m de multa de R$ 3,7. A Tomada de Contas \u00e9 relativa ao exerc\u00edcio de 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em concord\u00e2ncia com o parecer do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Contas (MPC), a decis\u00e3o decorre da aus\u00eancia de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas de recurso de conv\u00eanio celebrado com o \u00f3rg\u00e3o. Apesar de citado pelo Tribunal para apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de defesa, o respons\u00e1vel pela gest\u00e3o dos recursos n\u00e3o se manifestou. Diante disso, n\u00e3o restou alternativa ao \u00f3rg\u00e3o sen\u00e3o determinar a imposi\u00e7\u00e3o do d\u00e9bito.
