Para curtir ao m\u00e1ximo sem comprometer a sa\u00fade, toda a aten\u00e7\u00e3o e planejamento s\u00e3o esssenciais para com a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, que desempenha um papel fundamental. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A nutricionista do Hospital dos Servidores do Estado (HSE &#8211; HSLZ), Virg\u00ednia Nunes, alerta que erros alimentares podem resultar em desidrata\u00e7\u00e3o, viroses, infec\u00e7\u00f5es intestinais e at\u00e9 mesmo levar ao coma alco\u00f3lico: quest\u00f5es que infelizmente tendem a aumentar e lotar as emerg\u00eancias hospitalares nessa \u00e9poca do ano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante o Carnaval, a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o prolongada ao sol, o excesso de suor e o consumo de bebidas alco\u00f3licas aumentam o risco de desidrata\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cA reposi\u00e7\u00e3o de l\u00edquidos deve ser constante e planejada\u201d, explica a Dra. Virg\u00ednia. Al\u00e9m de \u00e1gua, ela recomenda a ingest\u00e3o de \u00e1gua de coco e bebidas isot\u00f4nicas para repor eletr\u00f3litos perdidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Se beber, hidrate-se<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIntercale sempre uma dose de bebida alco\u00f3lica com um copo de \u00e1gua. Isso reduz os efeitos da desidrata\u00e7\u00e3o e diminui a probabilidade de ressaca no dia seguinte\u201d, ensina a nutrocionista do HSE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para manter a energia sem sentir desconforto gastrointestinal, a especialista sugere refei\u00e7\u00f5es leves e ricas em carboidratos complexos. P\u00e3o integral, aveia, frutas, batata-doce e tapioca s\u00e3o excelentes op\u00e7\u00f5es para fornecer energia de maneira gradual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Virg\u00ednia Nunes aconselha: \u201cEvite alimentos gordurosos e de dif\u00edcil digest\u00e3o, como frituras e carnes muito pesadas. Esses alimentos podem provocar mal-estar e atrapalhar o ritmo da folia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para prolongar a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de saciedade, ela diz que \u00e9 essencial incluir prote\u00ednas magras na dieta. Ovos cozidos, frango grelhado, iogurte natural e oleaginosas como castanhas e nozes s\u00e3o op\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00e1ticas e nutritivas; e devem ser refor\u00e7adas no menu dos foli\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante o Carnaval, o consumo de alimentos de rua aumenta consideravelmente, o que pode elevar os casos de viroses e infec\u00e7\u00f5es intestinais. A Dra. Virg\u00ednia alerta para o risco de contamina\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEvite consumir alimentos expostos ao sol e aqueles que n\u00e3o est\u00e3o devidamente refrigerados. Prefira op\u00e7\u00f5es embaladas e industrializadas ou leve seu pr\u00f3prio lanche de casa.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c1lcool<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O abuso de \u00e1lcool \u00e9 uma das maiores preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es no Carnaval, pois pode levar \u00e0 desidrata\u00e7\u00e3o severa e at\u00e9 mesmo ao coma alco\u00f3lico. Dra. Virg\u00ednia recomenda modera\u00e7\u00e3o e faz um alerta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBebidas destiladas, como vodca e whisky, s\u00e3o mais concentradas e t\u00eam maior potencial de causar intoxica\u00e7\u00e3o alco\u00f3lica. Prefira bebidas de menor teor alco\u00f3lico, como cerveja e espumante, mas sempre com modera\u00e7\u00e3o.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para evitar o coma alco\u00f3lico, a nutricionista orienta nunca consumir \u00e1lcool de est\u00f4mago vazio e evitar misturar diferentes tipos de bebidas alco\u00f3licas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuidados extras com a sa\u00fade<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o, outros cuidados s\u00e3o fundamentais para evitar problemas de sa\u00fade nesse carnaval:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Protetor solar e roupas leves: para proteger a pele do sol e evitar insola\u00e7\u00e3o.<br>\u2022 Higiene das m\u00e3os: utilize \u00e1lcool gel antes de se alimentar para evitar viroses.<br>\u2022 Repouso adequado: garanta boas noites de sono para repor as energias, entre um dia e outro de folia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para curtir a festa com sa\u00fade, Virg\u00ednia Nunes refor\u00e7a a import\u00e2ncia do planejamento alimentar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPrepare um kit de emerg\u00eancia com barrinhas de cereal, frutas secas, oleaginosas e garrafinhas de \u00e1gua.
