Ao longo da carreira, o chef construiu uma trajet\u00f3ria marcada pelo aprimoramento t\u00e9cnico, troca de experi\u00eancias e dom\u00ednio de diferentes vertentes da gastronomia, consolidando um perfil vers\u00e1til e reconhecido no setor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jo\u00e3o Serra \u00e9 t\u00e9cnico em Gastronomia pelo Grande Hotel Escola \u00c1guas de S\u00e3o Pedro, em S\u00e3o Paulo. Foi vencedor de uma estrela por excel\u00eancia em cozinha pelo Guia Quatro Rodas e participou como convidado do MasterChef Brasil Profissionais, da Rede Bandeirantes, e do Mestre do Sabor, da Rede Globo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
