Barroso cresceu em meio a panelas, mesas e pratos, preparados com requintadas t\u00e9cnicas francesas. Aqui, ele apresentar\u00e1 seis pratos exclusivos, com igual n\u00famero de op\u00e7\u00f5es de vinhos. Isto para incrementar o I Festival Enogastron\u00f4mico.<\/p>\n<p>Aos 17 anos, Fred teve o primeiro emprego: como ajudante de cozinha de uma das filiais paulistanas do restaurante Le Vin Bistr\u00f4, comandado por sua fam\u00edlia. Os anos foram passando e a gastronomia fincando ra\u00edzes na vida dele.<\/p>\n<p>Hoje, aos 30, ele comanda a cozinha das unidades cariocas da rede Le Vin, entre elas, a do Barra Shopping.
