S\u00e3o Lu\u00eds <\/strong>– A Alcoa, empresa gestora da Alumar, foi eleita a Melhor Empresa de Grande Porte para se Trabalhar no Maranh\u00e3o, pelo ranking Great Place To Work 2022, (GPTW), consultoria global que certifica e apoia organiza\u00e7\u00f5es que obt\u00e9m os melhores resultados por meio de uma cultura de confian\u00e7a, alto desempenho e inova\u00e7\u00e3o. O evento aconteceu no dia 30 de junho, no formato on-line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O Great Place to Work (traduzido como Melhores Lugares para se Trabalhar) \u00e9 um certificado criado pelo jornalista Robert Levering na d\u00e9cada de 80, com objetivo de indicar quais s\u00e3o as melhores empresas, na perspectiva dos colaboradores, para se trabalhar. Para isso, a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o realiza uma pesquisa com os colaboradores, na qual avalia uma s\u00e9rie de crit\u00e9rios relacionados ao ambiente de trabalho, clima organizacional e gest\u00e3o de pessoas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O GPTW BR publica anualmente 40 rankings premiando as Melhores Empresas para se Trabalhar em \u00e2mbito nacional, regional e setorial. A empresa premiada concorre na Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
