{"id":1191,"date":"2011-03-03T13:37:12","date_gmt":"2011-03-03T16:37:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/flaviobraga\/?p=1191"},"modified":"2011-03-03T13:37:12","modified_gmt":"2011-03-03T16:37:12","slug":"ministro-luiz-fux-toma-posse-hoje-e-completa-a-composicao-do-stf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/flaviobraga\/ministro-luiz-fux-toma-posse-hoje-e-completa-a-composicao-do-stf\/","title":{"rendered":"Ministro Luiz Fux toma posse hoje e completa a composi\u00e7\u00e3o do STF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/flaviobraga\/files\/2011\/03\/FUX1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1192\" src=\"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/flaviobraga\/files\/2011\/03\/FUX1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"299\" height=\"168\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Toma posse nesta quinta-feira (03), \u00e0s 16 horas, o novo ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), Luiz Fux, que ir\u00e1 assumir a vaga deixada pelo ministro Eros Grau, aposentado em agosto do ano passado, ao completar 70 anos de idade.<\/p>\n<p>A solenidade de posse, que ser\u00e1 realizada no Plen\u00e1rio da Suprema Corte, dever\u00e1 contar com a presen\u00e7a dos presidentes dos Tr\u00eas Poderes da Rep\u00fablica, entre outras autoridades\u00a0e\u00a0convidados e tamb\u00e9m familiares do novo ministro.<\/p>\n<p>Em seguida, Luiz Fux ser\u00e1 conduzido ao Plen\u00e1rio pelo decano e pelo membro mais novo da Corte, ministros Celso de Mello e Jos\u00e9 Antonio Dias Toffoli. O diretor-geral da Secretaria far\u00e1, ent\u00e3o, a leitura do Termo de Posse, que ser\u00e1 assinado pelo novo ministro e pelo presidente da Corte, ministro Cezar Peluso, que, neste momento, declarar\u00e1 Luiz Fux empossado.<\/p>\n<p>Convidado pelo presidente Cezar Peluso a ocupar seu lugar na bancada do Plen\u00e1rio, o ministro Luiz Fux ser\u00e1 conduzido para l\u00e1, novamente pelo decano e pelo ministro mais novo da Corte. Em seguida, o presidente do STF encerrar\u00e1 a solenidade.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00a0sess\u00e3o solene dever\u00e1 ser acompanhada por\u00a0aproximadamente 4 mil\u00a0convidados, por meio de tel\u00f5es instalados em diversos pontos do Edif\u00edcio Sede do STF.<\/p>\n<p>Ex-ministro do Superior Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a (STJ), o ministro Luiz Fux foi nomeado para o STF por decreto da presidenta da Rep\u00fablica publicado no dia 11 de fevereiro, no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o. Indicado para o cargo em 1\u00ba de fevereiro de 2011, ele foi sabatinado pela Comiss\u00e3o de Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e Justi\u00e7a (CCJ) do Senado Federal uma semana depois, sendo aprovado por unanimidade.
