Com a in\u00e9rcia do Congresso Nacional, at\u00e9 o presidente do TSE j\u00e1 jogou a toalha.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A propalada reforma eleitoral foi definitivamente pro espa\u00e7o sideral.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Em junho deste ano publiquei um artigo sobre a mat\u00e9ria, em que chamava a aten\u00e7\u00e3o dos leitores para o fato de que a reforma pol\u00edtica estava mais uma vez na ordem do dia do Congresso Nacional, como acontece em todo in\u00edcio de legislatura.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Na ocasi\u00e3o, manifestei o meu ceticismo quando ao \u00eaxito dessa reforma, em raz\u00e3o dos interesses inconfess\u00e1veis que sempre se sobrep\u00f5em ao interesse p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n

\u00a0De fato, o Congresso Nacional n\u00e3o saiu do discurso. As tais comiss\u00f5es especiais estavam s\u00f3 jogando para a torcida.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00c9 que as leis que alterem o processo eleitoral devem estar aprovadas e publicadas pelo menos at\u00e9 um ano e um dia da data da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o das elei\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

\u00a0E a maiorias das propostas que integram a reforma dependem de aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de emendas constitucionais, que exigem duas vota\u00e7\u00f5es em cada casa legislativa.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Portanto, \u00e9 \u00f3bvio que n\u00e3o teremos reforma alguma. Por pura falta de prazo para aprovar as modifica\u00e7\u00f5es que a sociedade clama.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Ademais, quem pauta o Congresso s\u00e3os as milhares de Medidas Provis\u00f3rias abusivas e o jogo de panos quentes para abafar os sucessivos esc\u00e2ndalos de corrup\u00e7\u00e3o em todos os \u00f3rg\u00e3os do Governo Federal.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Agora at\u00e9 o presidente do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE), ministro Ricardo Lewandowski, j\u00e1 declarou n\u00e3o acreditar que ocorram mudan\u00e7as profundas na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o eleitoral para as Elei\u00e7\u00f5es 2012, devido \u00e0 proximidade do pleito.<\/p>\n

\u00a0“A reforma pol\u00edtica \u00e9 uma reforma de muito f\u00f4lego. Exige uma altera\u00e7\u00e3o da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria. Penso que n\u00e3o haver\u00e1 tempo para uma reforma muito ampla”, avaliou.<\/p>\n

“\u00c0 medida que o tempo vai passando eu penso que os prazos, evidentemente, v\u00e3o ficando ex\u00edguos e a reforma pol\u00edtica e tamb\u00e9m a reforma da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o eleitoral v\u00e3o ficando cada vez mais distantes, ou pelo menos ficam mais distantes com rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 2012. Talvez algumas reformas mais t\u00f3picas possam ser efetuadas antes das elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 2012, mas nada de muito profundo”, acenua o presidente do TSE.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Sobre a validade da Lei da Ficha Limpa (Lei Complementar n\u00ba 135\/2010) o presidente do TSE disse esperar que haja uma defini\u00e7\u00e3o o mais r\u00e1pido poss\u00edvel do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), sobre quest\u00f5es pontuais como a presun\u00e7\u00e3o de inoc\u00eancia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
