Esse tempo \u00e9 calculado a partir do momento em que o eleitor se dirige \u00e0 urna at\u00e9 o instante em que confirma o voto no segundo cargo (prefeito).<\/p>\n<p>Nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es municipais de 2008, cada eleitor levou 31 segundos, em m\u00e9dia, para votar em candidatos a prefeito e a vereador, em 5.563 munic\u00edpios.<\/p>\n<p>O tempo m\u00e9dio de atendimento ao eleitor foi de 39 segundos em 2008.
