{"id":2222,"date":"2013-06-28T13:16:43","date_gmt":"2013-06-28T16:16:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/flaviobraga\/?p=2222"},"modified":"2013-06-28T13:16:43","modified_gmt":"2013-06-28T16:16:43","slug":"ney-bello-e-empossado-desembargador-federal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.blogsoestado.com\/flaviobraga\/ney-bello-e-empossado-desembargador-federal\/","title":{"rendered":"Ney Bello \u00e9 empossado desembargador federal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>O juiz federal maranhense titular da 1\u00aa Vara Criminal da Se\u00e7\u00e3o Judici\u00e1ria do Maranh\u00e3o, Ney de Barros Bello Filho, tomou posse, ontem, em ato realizado na Sala de Sess\u00f5es Plen\u00e1rias do Tribunal Regional Federal da 1\u00aa Regi\u00e3o, em Bras\u00edlia, como desembargador federal do \u00f3rg\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O magistrado passa a integrar a composi\u00e7\u00e3o de 27 desembargadores federais do TRF da 1\u00aa Regi\u00e3o, cuja jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o abrange o Distrito Federal e 13 estados da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o (Acre, Amap\u00e1, Amazonas, Bahia, Goi\u00e1s, Maranh\u00e3o, Mato Grosso, Minas Gerais, Par\u00e1, Piau\u00ed, Rond\u00f4nia, Roraima e Tocantins).<\/p>\n<p>A solenidade de posse do novo desembargador do TRF da 1\u00aa Regi\u00e3o foi conduzida pelo presidente da Corte, desembargador M\u00e1rio C\u00e9sar Ribeiro, e reuniu autoridades, entre ju\u00edzes federais e membros dos tr\u00eas poderes da Rep\u00fablica.
